This podcast is about my Art Studio space AKA my living room and dinning table. I explain the process to gathering material and preparing for upcoming projects. You are very likely to have some of the things I speak about and use. This hardest part about making this podcast was matching up my voice over with the images and videos. I think I might be able to use podcasting. in my future class rooms because it's a fun way of putting image and videos together, It's very similar to TikTok when it comes to editing and todays kids are all about recording videos for TikTok and creating content. The part I enjoyed most about this project was listening and choosing what background instrumental song I wanted to add. I chose the instrumental version of Say So by Doja Cat.
Picsart is a free, easy, and fun way to edit and create your art and images. I came across picsart through Tiktok and instantly downloaded the app. In the file above is my overall outtake/ critique on the app. Please give it a read. If you do decide to download the app don't forget to save your creation or else it will delete. Have fun creating!!!
BITMOJI CLASSROOM
WELCOME to my Bitmoji Classroom!! I was going for a 'first day of class' introduction theme. I have 8 links scattered around the room. They are links you usually get/ think about on the first day of classes. The 8 links starting from the left is the vending machine, which will take you to CSULB dining plaza/food options. The top frame is my website so you could take a look at my art gallery. Bottom frame is a class syllabus. The laptop will take you to a fun youtube video that is a tutorial on how to make a replica of Van Gough's Starry Night. The paint and brushes will take you to the Art Supply Warehouse page. When you click the white board join icon it will take you to the class zoom page, The sign in sheet is an every class meeting sign In sheet. Lastly the clock on the right corner is a school bell schedule. Enjoy clicking away!!
ANIMATION
Creating this animation was so fun! I enjoyed every second of it. I wanted to so my assignment with clay because I thought I was about to be more free and expressive with it! The hardest part was probably keeping the phone still and in the same spot. The easiest part was definitely knowing what background music I wanted for each part/scene.
VIDEO TUTORIAL
step by step video script Hi everyone today I'm going to teach you how to make a simple origami heart. All you're going to need is one sheet of paper. You can use any size or color paper you want. For teaching purposes I will be using regular white printer paper.
Now we’re Going to want to rip our paper into a square if it's not already a square.
The first step is to fold a paper At both diagonals Creating a letter X with the folds
Now you're going to rotate your paper as so and you're going to bring the top corner to the middle folded line
Now you're going to fold the bottom corner to the top horizontal fold
Now that that's done, The next step is to fold a bottom corner to the middle
We will begin with the right side
And then with the left
Now we are going to turn the paper over
We are going to be folding the 2 top corners down words
You're going to want to fold them to this line
Now we're going to fold the lateral Corners towards the Middle
First the right and then the left
Now let's flip the paper over once again. And there you have it we have completed our origami heart .
